ITINERARY:  Saigon Motorbike Tours Led By Women: Street Food By Motorbike Tours

  • Part 1: Kick-Off with Bun Bo Hue Your journey begins with a thrilling scooter ride through the vibrant streets of Saigon, leading to our first stop for Bun Bo Hue. Unlike pho, this rich beef noodle soup offers bold, distinct flavors with lemongrass, chili, and tender beef slices. It’s a local favorite that truly sets the stage for your food adventure. As you enjoy the soup, you’ll also be introduced to the importance of iced jasmine tea, a refreshing staple that accompanies almost every meal in Vietnam.
  • Part 2: District 3 Food Heaven & Architectural Contrast Next, we ride deeper into the heart of District 3, known for its “food heaven.” This area is a melting pot of culinary delights, thanks to its residents from all over Vietnam. Here, you’ll discover the diversity of Saigon’s street food, with a stop for Banh Xeo, a crispy pancake filled with shrimp and herbs, and BBQ Beef wrapped in betel leaf. As you eat, you’ll also get a sense of the contrast between modern high-rises and traditional architecture, reflecting Saigon’s unique blend of old and new.
  • Part 3: Local Market & Unique Snacks Our third stop is the bustling local Market, where you’ll sample some of the city’s lesser-known delights. Indulge in Banh Trang Nuong, a crispy Vietnamese rice paper grilled over coals and topped with savory ingredients, and try Chuoi Nuong, a delicious grilled plantain topped with sweet coconut milk. This stop offers a chance to dive into the local snack culture and enjoy a cold cane juice with kumquat, a refreshing and popular drink in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Part 4: The Famous Banh Mi & Local Hangout Hop back on the motorbike and head to one of Saigon’s most iconic street food vendors for a Banh Mi, Vietnam’s world-famous baguette filled with sausage, pâté, pickled vegetables, and coriander. As you savor the flavors of this convenient and delicious meal, you’ll also experience a local hangout spot, where Saigonese relax with friends over Saigon Beer and grilled oysters topped with black pepper sauce or quail eggs.
  • Part 5: Dessert Delights & Tour Wrap-Up The night wraps up at a local dessert stall, where you’ll have a choice between traditional sweet treats like Flan Cake (a creamy egg and milk custard) or a refreshing Sweet Soup made from black beans. As we sit back on plastic chairs, surrounded by the vibrant energy of Saigon, we’ll chat about life, food, and Vietnamese culture. Finally, we’ll ride through the city one last time, taking you back to your hotel, full of unforgettable experiences and tastes.
