Part 1: Pick-Up & Scenic Departure from Sapa

Your adventure begins as our friendly local guide and motorbike drivers pick you up from your hotel lobby. We gear up and head north of Sapa, immediately surrounded by stunning mountain views and vibrant flower and vegetable farms. With several scenic stops along the way, you’ll start to feel the charm of rural Sapa unfolding before your eyes.

Part 2: Conquer O Quy Ho Pass – The Legendary Mountain Road

We ride through one of the most spectacular passes in Northern Vietnam — O Quy Ho Pass, part of the mighty Hoang Lien Son mountain range. This winding, zigzagging road offers panoramic views of deep valleys, rolling hills, and lush forests. As you ride through the clouds and gaze down at the terraced rice fields far below, the natural beauty is simply unforgettable.

Part 3: Ethnic Villages & Cultural Exploration

Our route continues through a series of peaceful and authentic villages such as Ban Khoang, Ta Giang Phin, Ma Tra, Sao Chua, Hau Thao, and Ta Phin — home to ethnic groups like the Red Dao, Day, and Black Hmong. Each community reveals a different slice of Sapa’s ethnic diversity, with traditional wooden homes, free-range livestock, and people in colorful handmade garments living off the land in harmony with nature.

Part 4: Homestay Lunch & Final Ride

We stop for a well-earned, authentic lunch at a local homestay in Ta Phin village, where you’ll enjoy freshly prepared dishes made with local ingredients. This is also a great chance to relax and learn more about the daily life and customs of the ethnic Dao people.
