1. Do I ride the motorbike myself?

No. Your safety is our top priority.

All guests ride comfortably as passengers behind one of our experienced, licensed local drivers. This allows you to relax, take photos, enjoy the scenery, and fully experience Hanoi without worrying about the city’s busy traffic.

2. Are your drivers licensed and experienced?

Yes.

3. What kind of motorbikes do you use?

We use modern Honda Lead scooters equipped with comfortable passenger backrests, making the ride smooth and secure.

5. Where do you provide hotel pickup?

We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off for hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter.

If your accommodation is outside the Old Quarter, we will arrange a convenient meeting point, usually near the Hanoi Opera House.

6. What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes or sneakers, sunglasses, and sunscreen during the daytime.

In cooler months, bringing a light jacket is recommended.

7. What happens if it rains?

Our tours operate rain or shine.

We provide complimentary rain ponchos for all guests. In the event of severe weather that affects safety, we will contact you to reschedule or offer the best available alternative.

8. Can children join the tour?

Yes.

Families with children are welcome. We can arrange suitable motorbikes and experienced drivers for younger passengers.

Please inform us of your children’s ages when booking.

9. Can you accommodate vegetarians or food allergies?

Absolutely.

Please let us know in advance if you are vegetarian, or have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Although quite limited for food tour but we will do our best to prepare suitable food options for you.

10. How large are your tour groups?

Our small group tours usually accommodate a limited number of guests to provide a more personal experience.

Private tours are also available for couples, families, and groups who prefer a customized itinerary.

11. Is the tour safe?

Yes.
