Welcome to Motorbike City Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our tours and services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • Your reservation has been accepted by Motorbike City Tours.
  • Payment has been successfully received (full or partial, where applicable).
  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent to you.

Please review your booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Tour Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website unless otherwise stated.

Tour prices include only the services listed in the tour description. Personal expenses, travel insurance, tips, optional activities, and any items not specifically mentioned are not included.

Motorbike City Tours reserves the right to change prices before a booking is confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa & MasterCard
  • Bank Transfer
  • Wise
  • Cash (USD or VND)
  • Other approved online payment methods

Any bank charges, exchange fees, or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Free cancellation with a full refund.
  • Within 48 hours of departure or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Booking Changes

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to change the tour date, departure time, or participant information, subject to availability.

Changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation by Motorbike City Tours

Motorbike City Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Road closures
  • Safety concerns
  • Mechanical issues
  • Other unforeseen operational events

If we cancel a tour before departure, you may choose:

  • A full refund
  • An alternative tour
  • A different departure date, subject to availability

7. Health & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority.

Participants should ensure they are physically able to take part in the tour.

Please inform us before your tour if you have:

  • Medical conditions
  • Food allergies
  • Pregnancy
  • Mobility limitations
  • Any special requirements

All participants must wear the helmet provided and follow the instructions of the tour guide and driver throughout the experience.

Motorbike City Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition may pose a safety risk.

8. Participant Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Respect local communities, customs, and traffic regulations.
  • Treat the provided equipment with reasonable care.

Guests may be responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

9. Liability

Motorbike City Tours takes every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

However, participation in motorbike tours involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motorbike City Tours shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, public events, or road conditions
  • Missed flights, trains, or other travel connections due to unforeseen delays

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before joining our tours.

Your insurance should ideally include:

  • Medical expenses
  • Personal accident coverage
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal belongings

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Motorbike City Tours website, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Motorbike City Tours or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
