ITINERARY: Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours
Part 1: Meet & Greet – Setting the Wheels in Motion (18:00)
Your journey begins with a warm welcome from our all-female crew dressed in the elegant Ao Dai, Vietnam’s traditional attire. At your hotel lobby, our team will give you a comprehensive safety briefing and outline the evening’s exciting itinerary. You’ll hop onto our comfortable Honda Lead scooters, each equipped with passenger backrests, ensuring you ride in comfort and style—not gripping on tightly like other bike tours!
Part 2: First Taste – Rolled to Perfection
Our first foodie stop is a local gem famous for Banh Cuon (steamed rolled rice cakes), where the chef will demonstrate the entire cooking process right before your eyes. As you enjoy your freshly made rolls, we continue cruising through the Old Quarter’s lantern-lit alleys, along the Red River’s banks, soaking in the shimmering cityscape of Hanoi at night.
Part 3: Flavor Feast – Bun Cha & Beyond
Next, we head to a beloved family-run restaurant for a plate of Bun Cha—grilled pork served with vermicelli and herbs. Then, it’s off to West Lake, where the cool evening air and tranquil waters provide the perfect backdrop for your next tasting: grilled seafood, Pho rolls, banana flower salad, and other traditional dishes in Ngu Xa village—a hotspot for authentic Hanoian cuisine.
Part 4: Sights & Stories – From Mausoleum to the Tracks
This stage takes a reflective turn as we pass the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, catching a glimpse of the nightly ceremonial guard change—a moment that showcases the deep respect the Vietnamese people hold for their national hero. From there, we dive into the railway alley, a narrow and vibrant street where life unfolds right beside the active train tracks—a truly unique local scene.
Part 5: Sweet Ending – Coffee & a Secret Treat
To wrap up the night, we visit a cozy local café famous for Vietnamese egg coffee, a creamy concoction of egg yolk, sugar, condensed milk, and espresso, reminiscent of tiramisu. But that’s not all—we’ve saved a surprise dessert just for you, something only known to those who ride with us. It’s the perfect sweet note to end your culinary adventure through Hanoi.
