The journey begins with a stop at a local gem famed for Banh Cuon (steamed rolled cake), where you’ll witness a live demonstration by a skilled chef, turning simple ingredients into Hanoi’s beloved delicacy. We’ll then glide through the lantern-lit alleys of the Old Quarter and along the Red River, where Hanoi reveals its charm under the night sky.

Part 2: Bun Cha & West Lake Evenings
