Our first culinary stop introduces you to Bún Bò Huế, a rich and aromatic beef noodle soup with a distinctive combination of broth, lemongrass, chili, and tender beef. Served alongside refreshing iced jasmine tea, it provides a flavorful introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. After enjoying the first tasting, we return to the motorcycle and continue through Saigon’s constantly moving streets.
