Itinerary: Hanoi Food and Sights Scooter Tours

  • Upon your arrival at the hotel lobby, you’ll receive a warm welcome from the Motorbike City Tours team dressed in traditional Ao Dai attire. The team includes drivers and a tour guide who will provide you with a safety briefing and a detailed itinerary for your journey. You’ll be riding on our top-of-the-line Eco Honda Lead Scooters, which feature passenger backrests for your added comfort.

    After the briefing, your adventure with the Hanoi City Insight Motorbike Tour will begin. The first stage of the tour will take you through the winding backstreets and alleys of Hanoi, surrounded by stunning architecture and expansive cityscapes. Our knowledgeable guides will share fascinating stories about the city’s history and must-see landmarks, such as the famous opera house and the remains of a B-52 bomber in a lake. You’ll also have the opportunity to witness the daily lives of locals and explore the bustling markets.

    During the second stage of the tour, we’ll take you to the quieter and more reflective side of Hanoi, where lush gardens and farmland stretch out in all directions. You’ll venture to Banana Island, surrounded by guava and banana trees.

    In the third stage, you’ll cruise along the shores of West Lake, where the cool breeze off the water will invigorate you. We’ll visit a local family’s home, where you’ll have the opportunity to chat with the owner, a war veteran, about his fascinating stories of Vietnam’s culture and history.

Despite the recent closure of the train street, we know where to take you in. 2. Do I have to ride the motorbike? No, you do not have to ride the motorbike; all of our guests ride pillion behind one of our experienced and professional licensed driver/tour guides. Riding pillion is a fun and safe way to explore the city. 3. Are food and drink included? Yes, all authentic local food and drinks are provided 4. What will happen if it rains? We run our tours in rain or shine, and we provide high-quality rain ponchos to all of our visitors. Please keep the adventure spirits on our excursions.
